My impressionist fiber art wall hangs handwoven borderline abstract-literal interpretive art,  capturing the emotion and power of nature by abstracting the natural world.

"Ancestral Robe"  for the wall is part of the "Book of Changes" series. The Robe is handwoven with wool threading and silk tablecloth weft. It measures 4' wide by 3' long with a 4 " depth. The fabric is woven flat and constructed off-loom with layered and sewed techniques.  "Ancestral Robe" expresses the long cultural Asian history depicted in their majestic intricate apparel designs."
